First compare the address on this page with the one entered on the sending site, including the domain after @. Stay in the same browser and do not create a new address while waiting. Refresh the inbox; automatic checks normally run every 20 seconds. If the sender provides a resend button, wait for its stated interval. A rejected address and an accepted request with no delivered message are different problems.

If mail is still missing, check whether the service blocks disposable email, delays sending, or requires a permanent address. Only the sender can confirm whether it actually dispatched the message. Do not repeatedly request codes or change addresses as a way to bypass its limits. Use a permanent address when required.

Identify which step failed

If the other website rejects the address before sending, contact that website or use an address it accepts; HaruMail cannot change its eligibility rules. If sending was accepted, compare the exact address with the current mailbox, refresh the message list and check that the browser session has not expired. Do not create a new address while waiting: the message was sent to the previous one.

Collect useful evidence without exposing secrets

For a delivery issue, record the time and time zone, browser, visible error and whether the sender reported a successful send. If you control the sender, inspect its delivery or bounce log before retrying. A successful send request does not prove inbox delivery. Repeated code requests can invalidate earlier codes; follow the sender’s waiting period and use only the newest valid code. Never include passwords, cookies or complete verification links in a report.
